EHome Southgate is an affordable housing apartment collection within the Southgate precinct of the 355-hectare Waterpoint township, jointly developed by Nam Long Group and Nishi-Nippon Railroad, a Japanese company with more than 100 years of experience.
Located along the Vam Co Dong River and adjacent to a 25-hectare park, the development comprises seven 12-storey blocks featuring a distinctive Z-shaped design optimized for natural ventilation and openness. The 360° VR experience allows customers to explore the living spaces in full and discover Waterpoint’s comprehensive ecosystem of amenities, thoughtfully designed to meet five essential needs: Living – Working – Learning – Shopping – Leisure.

CONTENT SURVEY & PRODUCTION
* Conduct on-site surveys, define shooting points, and plan the Virtual Tour route.
* Produce professional 360° photography and drone footage.
* Stitch, retouch, and color-grade imagery for a bright, realistic presentation.
* Create 3D/CGI panoramic renderings for unfinished projects or show units.
PLATFORM DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT
* Develop the information architecture, navigation flow, and viewing-point structure.
* Design the creative direction, UI/UX, and interactive floorplan or site map.
* Build a responsive web-based Virtual Tour compatible with desktop, mobile, tablet, major browsers, and VR headsets.
