Introduction
The Aston Luxury Residence is the only high-rise residential development offering long-term ownership directly on Tran Phu Street, in the heart of Nha Trang’s vibrant coastal city.
The development comprises three towers—H1, H2, and H3, ranging from 26 to 33 storeys and offering more than 1,300 apartments. Set in a rare “mountain-backed, water-facing” position, the project enjoys views overlooking the Cai River and some of the most vibrant destinations along the coastal city. The 360° experience brings the entire apartment and its expansive bay views to life, allowing viewers to explore the space and take in the surrounding seascape from the comfort of home.

CONTENT SURVEY & PRODUCTION
* Conduct on-site surveys, define shooting points, and plan the Virtual Tour route.
* Produce professional 360° photography and drone footage.
* Stitch, retouch, and color-grade imagery for a bright, realistic presentation.
* Create 3D/CGI panoramic renderings for unfinished projects or show units.
PLATFORM DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT
* Develop the information architecture, navigation flow, and viewing-point structure.
* Design the creative direction, UI/UX, and interactive floorplan or site map.
* Build a responsive web-based Virtual Tour compatible with desktop, mobile, tablet, major browsers, and VR headsets.
