TheMax’s Scope of Work for a Virtual Tour VR360 Project Includes
CONTENT SURVEY & PRODUCTION
* Conduct on-site surveys, define shooting points, and plan the Virtual Tour route.
* Produce professional 360° photography and drone footage.
* Stitch, retouch, and color-grade imagery for a bright, realistic presentation.
* Create 3D/CGI panoramic renderings for unfinished projects or show units.
PLATFORM DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT
* Develop the information architecture, navigation flow, and viewing-point structure.
* Design the creative direction, UI/UX, and interactive floorplan or site map.
* Build a responsive web-based Virtual Tour compatible with desktop, mobile, tablet, major browsers, and VR headsets.
INTERACTIVE FEATURE INTEGRATION
* Integrate navigation and information hotspots for project details, amenities, specifications, and floor plans (if have).
* Embed images, videos, brochures, 2D/3D layouts, background music, and voice-over narration.
* Support multiple languages, lead-generation forms, and Call-to-Action elements.

* Perform QA/QC testing across browsers, devices, and network conditions.
