Design consistent, visually appealing, and effective digital communication materials for social media, banner ads, websites/landing pages, and video clip advertising concepts....
Main Responsibilities
Develop concepts, ideas, moodboards, and styleframes based on the brief.
Design digital assets including posts/stories, web/GDN banners, key visuals (KV)/mini key visuals, infographics, and carousels.
Create marketing UI for landing pages (sections, icons, illustrations, and Figma handoff).
Adapt designs across multiple channels, create A/B variations, and build reusable templates.
Conduct quality assurance (QA), manage naming and storage conventions, and ensure handover meets established standards.
Job Requirements
Strong understanding of design thinking, including layout, color, typography, and visual hierarchy.
Proficient in Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator; knowledge of After Effects (AE), Premiere Pro (PR), and HTML5 (GWD/Animate) is an advantage.
Understanding of channel size and format standards; ability to optimize files (PNG/JPG/SVG/WEBP, sRGB, 2x).
Strong brand and performance mindset; ability to manage deadlines and communicate effectively.
Preferred
Experience with short-form motion graphics/Lottie, basic 3D, photography, and AI image tools.
At least 2 years of practical experience in designing digital marketing materials (Banner Ads, Social Profiles, and Websites).
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in designing for the Real Estate industry.
